Prince Edward Bay is a clear, freshwater haven with sheltered waters and an abundance of quiet anchorages. Close to Kingston, Belleville, the 1000 islands, and the U.S.A, Waupoos is the nexus point for seasonal boaters. Sheltered by Waupoos Island, and a full surrounding breakwater, you can enjoy the windy days by the Lake from the still waters beneath your boat.

Great sailing

Thanks to the ideal coastline, no matter which way the wind is blowing, you can always sail out on a reach. In this protected bay, it takes a lot of wind to kick up the waves. Enjoy gliding along the flat waters at top speed.

Anchorages

Waupoos Marina is short boat ride to a variety of quiet anchorages surrounded by natural splendor. Enjoy the beaches and clear waters of Little Bluff and Long Point, or tuck in behind Waupoos Island when south winds blow.

Nexus Point

Waupoos is a nexus point for all seafarers travelling across Lake Ontario. From Waupoos sail up the Bay of Quinte to the Trent-Severn waterway, West to Toronto, East to Kingston and the 1000 islands, or South to the U.S.A. Waupoos is a great place to voyage off in any direction.
